your-signal
BYOK Chrome extension where Jev scores X posts for relevance, substance and bait, and the extension highlights, dims or hides them locally.
Overview
Your Signal is an open-source Chrome extension that applies personal, reversible filters to the X timeline. You choose interests, weights, a threshold and how posts are treated. Jev scores visible posts for relevance, substance, practical value, promotion and engagement bait, and returns numeric signals only; the extension makes every display decision on your device, highlighting, labeling, dimming, collapsing or hiding posts, with a Peek interaction to reveal collapsed ones.
It has built-in and saved profiles, light and dark themes, and no telemetry. You supply your own Jev key, which is session-only by default; when filtering is on, post text and your interest topics go directly to TypeSafe with no intermediary service. The README notes that this is not offline AI and that browser storage is not an encrypted keychain. Releases include SHA-256 checksums. MIT licensed.
