JevSlop

Web app that has Jev judge a note.com article's writing quality on eight Score axes plus an overall AI-slop choice and score.

Projectprototype

Overview

JevSlop analyses public note.com articles for writing quality. You paste an article URL; a Cloudflare Pages Function fetches the page, extracts the title and visible body, and sends exactly those two fields to Jev in a single request containing eight atomic detail Score questions plus an overall Score and a Choice of 'AI Slop' or 'Not AI Slop'. The app shows a 0 to 100 AI Slop Score, per-axis distributions, confidence, timing and comparison history, with CSV and JSON exports that exclude the article body and key.

The README is explicit that this describes writing characteristics, not authorship: a human article can score high and AI-assisted writing can score low. The whole body is evaluated without truncation or chunking. Users bring their own TypeSafe key, kept only in memory and sessionStorage and forwarded through the same-origin function without being stored or logged. The UI is in Japanese and English with accessibility support.

How it works

  1. User pastes a note.com URL and supplies a key
  2. Server function fetches and extracts title and body
  3. Jev answers eight axis scores plus an overall score and choice in one request
  4. App shows the 0-100 score, distributions and confidence
  5. Results can be exported without the article text

Strengths

  • Single request for all axes
  • Key kept out of persistent storage
  • Clear statement that it is not an authorship detector
  • Bilingual and accessible UI

Caveats

  • Only supports note.com articles
  • Slop score is a model judgment of style
  • Requires your own TypeSafe key

How curated lists describe it

  • Writing quality: scores public note.com articles on eight Jev `Score` axes inside a single `systemOne` request and turns them into a 0-100 Slop Score in ordinary TypeScript.
