Overview

BridgeClip is an open-source desktop app from BridgeMind that turns long videos such as podcasts, streams and interviews into captioned short-form clips. It finds moments, frames the video and exports clips, with rendering on your computer and AI calls using your own OpenRouter key. It ships for macOS, Windows and Linux with Python, FFmpeg and yt-dlp bundled.

Jev provides editorial review through OpenRouter. In Automatic mode the Jev review is optional and off by default; in Review and edit mode Jev always reviews candidates. Per the list summary, it asks which moments are strongest and whether a cut still makes sense on its own; the README mentions checks for context, title support and completeness. You can inspect transcripts, edit decisions and Jev reviews, including failed runs.
