JevFilterForX
Browser extension that scores X posts 0-100 with Jev on signal, actionability and originality and folds low-value posts.
Overview
JevFilterForX is a browser extension that turns the X timeline into a higher-signal feed. It scores visible posts from 0 to 100, shows the score with lightweight topic and value labels directly in the timeline, and folds low-value posts while keeping them expandable; images and videos are hidden with a folded post, and an expanded post can be hidden again. Without an API key it defaults to local mock scoring.
Jev rates three dimensions from 0 to 4, combined as signal 40%, actionability 35% and originality 25%, then scaled to 0 to 100 with low, medium and high bands. Topic, value and noise categories are evaluated separately so category filters and a Focus Mode can use them. An options page sets the API key, Jev API address, language, topics, value preferences, category filters and thresholds, and the UI is translated into English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and German. The author argues timeline filtering is a high-frequency classification task where Jev's low latency and predictable per-post cost fit better than a general LLM. It has CI.
