jevchat
ChatGPT-style web demo where Jev answers by choosing from predefined or custom answer sets, such as Yes/No, Pirate or Tabloid.
Overview
jevchat (kt3k) is a ChatGPT-like chat UI for Jev, which never generates text and only decides. By default Jev answers Yes or No; you can switch to other answer styles such as Yes/No/Maybe, Mom, Pirate or tabloid headlines, or create custom answer sets stored locally. Every style sends a Choice whose criteria are the style's answers, so Jev itself picks which answer to give, and a details toggle shows the probability for every option.
Remix styles go further: the server splits the question into fragments using Intl.Segmenter, crosses them with verdict templates, and Jev picks one fully composed answer, deciding both the verdict and which fragment is the topic. Chat titles are also chosen by Jev as a Choice over question fragments, with playful fallbacks when it is not confident, and this works for Japanese. The UI is in English and Japanese, history keeps up to ten chats in localStorage, and it is styled with Tailwind and Basecoat with dark mode. It runs on Deno and deploys to Deno Deploy, with the server proxying requests so the key never reaches the browser.
What the decision model decides

|---|---|---|
| Choice | Which of this style's answers (e.g. Yes or No) fits the user's question? | Yes · No |
| Choice | Which fragment of the question makes the best chat title? | — |
