jev-job-search
Claude Code job-application tool that finds roles, fills forms in Chrome, reads every answer back and sends only those you approve.
Overview
jev-job-search is an open-source tool built on Claude Code that finds software internships and new-graduate roles in Canada, the US or remote, fills application forms in a Chrome window you can watch, reads every answer back from the page, and sends the ones you approve. Its stated split is that Jev decides, code acts and Claude writes. Right-to-work status, education and dates come from your profile and are never changed to fit a form.
It needs a Mac with Chrome, Node 22, Claude Code with a Pro or Max subscription, and a few dollars of OpenRouter credit for Jev, estimated at 1 to 1.5 cents per 10 applications. Setup via a /setup command takes about 20 minutes and ends with one application filled and waiting for approval. The author reports sending 100 applications across several applicant-tracking systems in under 10 minutes for about a dollar of Jev, while fixing errors on new form types. It is a beta: forms on unfamiliar boards are held, and the tool can only be as truthful as the profile provided.
