AstrBot group-chat plugin fork that adds a 50-70 ms System One check on whether the bot should chime in, after the original random gate.
Overview
astrbot_plugin_jev is a fork of the Chat_PLUS group-chat plugin for AstrBot, the Chinese chatbot framework. The original decides whether the bot should interject using a random probability gate that knows nothing about the conversation. This fork adds a System One decision after that gate: a 50 to 70 ms check of whether interjecting is worthwhile, which also suggests a style (ask, share or agree).
It supports two providers: Alibaba Cloud Bailian's decision model (decision-model-preview) or OpenRouter with typesafe/jev-1.13 (or jev-router). Three jev_mode settings control how the decision model combines with the original gate, with a default threshold of 0.60 and logs per decision. Mode defaults to off so behaviour is unchanged, failures degrade gracefully, and per-group rate limits apply. It keeps the original plugin ID so existing config carries over, and is AGPL-3.0.
