Overview
JevChat-Windows is a Chinese-documented reply assistant that sits beside a chat window on Windows. It captures the WeChat Windows 4.x window, reads the conversation with local offline OCR, has Jev judge intent and emotional tension, has a language model draft three candidate replies that Jev ranks with a winning probability, and fills the chosen one into the input box with one click. Sending is always manual; the program never presses send. Its judgment core comes from the Android jev-chat-JARVIS project.
It ships as a downloadable zip of about 146 MB with an unsigned exe, needing Windows 10 1903+ or 11 and two API keys: one for Jev via OpenRouter (default) or TypeSafe direct, and one for drafting, defaulting to DeepSeek's official API for speed from China, with OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini also supported. Keys are stored only in user environment variables. You choose the relationship (partner, friend, colleague, family or custom), and the overlay follows the active conversation, includes speaker names in groups, and can be paused. It supports Chinese and Korean interfaces and has a custom licence.
