typesafe-sdk-java
Zero-dependency Java 21 client for System One with simple Question builders and typed answer accessors.
Overview
kgonia's TypeSafe Java SDK is a zero-dependency client for the System One API, requiring Java 21+. You create a TypeSafeClient (closeable), pass state as a map and questions built with Question.noul, Question.choice and Question.score, and read typed answers: the yes probability for Noul, choice with probabilities and confidence, and score with legend, probabilities and confidence.
It is published to Maven Central at version 0.1.0 and reads TYPESAFE_API_KEY. The builder can pin a model version instead of the jev-latest alias, set per-attempt timeouts, retry policy, default headers and log level, all without adding dependencies. Configuration comes from TYPESAFE_API_KEY, TYPESAFE_DEFAULT_MODEL (default jev-latest) and TYPESAFE_LOG_LEVEL (default warn).
What the decision model decides
| Type | Question | Answers |
|---|---|---|
| Yes / no | Is this ticket about billing? | yes · no |
| Choice | What is the customer's tone? | calm · frustrated · angry |
| Score | How urgent is this ticket? | can wait · this week · today |
