jev-xianhui
Android and Windows message-priority assistant where Jev scores urgency and reply-now for each message and sorts them by colour.
Overview
XianHui (Reply First) is a cross-platform message-priority assistant. It reads pending messages, asks which ones must be answered now, and shows the results in a draggable floating window at the screen edge sorted by urgency; tapping an item jumps to that conversation. On Android it uses the official NotificationListenerService to read WeChat, QQ and Feishu notifications, even in the background; a separate Windows version captures the WeChat window and uses local offline OCR.
One Jev request per message asks four things: urgency from 1 to 9, whether it needs an immediate reply, its type (work, personal, promotion and so on) and why it is urgent (deadline, someone waiting, and so on). Fixed rules then sort messages: reply now if flagged or at least 7, soon if at least 4, otherwise later. The README estimates about one second and $0.00004 per judgment and states it only judges and never writes or sends replies. Behaviour can be adjusted by editing one question file. It uses an OpenRouter key and is documented in Chinese.

- One Jev request with four questions per message
- Sort into reply now, soon or later by fixed rules
- Show in a floating window; tap to jump to the chat
Strengths
- About $0.00004 and one second per judgment per the README
- Never writes or sends replies
- Single file to tune questions
Caveats
