harden-jev-decides

Decision board where one Jev request picks which of eleven livestream ideas becomes tonight's MVP, with code gating and weighting.

Demoprototype

Overview

harden-jev-decides is a small decision board for a livestreamer: Jev picks which of eleven stream ideas to turn into a live MVP that night. The board sends one System One request containing a structured briefing (goal, constraints, what the machine actually has, and a card per option) plus typed questions, answered in parallel.

The questions are one Choice for the pick, three shared questions, and four per option: fitness, shippable, Jev-native fit and blocked. Code then gates blocked ideas, weights fitness, shippability and native fit, and prints a winner. Ideas range from a LangChain plugin and teaching Jev to play Factorio to an LLM autorouter and reranking a vector shortlist. It is deployed on Vercel, and you can paste a TypeSafe key in the board without storing it.

How it works

  1. Build a briefing with goal, constraints and option cards
  2. One Jev request answers the pick and per-option questions
  3. Code gates blocked ideas and weights the rest
  4. Display the winner

Strengths

  • Combines model judgment with explicit code weighting
  • Single request for many questions
  • Key can be pasted without storing

Caveats

  • Personal demo
  • Requires a TypeSafe key
