wiki-mode

Methodology mode router for the vault. Declares an organizational style in `.vault-meta/mode.json` that wiki-ingest, save, and autoresearch consult before filing new pages. This fork ships PARA (Projects / Areas / Resources / Archives) as the only implemented mode; the router is a kept seam for adding your own modes later.
