Use this skill to perform the daily LLM-Dash dashboard update. Research new LLM releases and benchmark updates (Exa preferred) since the last recorded changelog, apply a structured diff to data/dash.sqlite, write changelogs/YYYY-MM-DD.md with a required Run Metadata footer, and record run metadata (tokens, cost, duration, word count) in the run_metrics table + data/run_metrics.csv.
