python-url-fetch

Default public-URL fetching skill. Trigger whenever the user includes a clear public URL and Claude needs to access that URL. Fetch with a small local Python script through Bash instead of WebFetch or ad hoc shell tools, unless the URL is authenticated, private, or a specialized tool is clearly better.
