Chrome extension that grades readable page sections on ten rubric scores with Jev via Vercel AI Gateway and gives the page an A-E grade.

ProjectbetaMIT

Overview

PageGrade is a WXT Chrome extension by Kitze that grades readable sections of a web page for clarity, writing and on-page SEO using TypeSafe's Jev through Vercel AI Gateway. Each section gets ten rubric scores, and the page gets an A-E grade with a breakdown you can inspect in Chrome's side panel. A-E badges also appear on the page itself, outlining their sections on hover.

You bring your own Vercel AI Gateway key, and the extension sends a page's extracted content only after you click Analyze sections. Scores appear progressively; each tab keeps its own report; changed text invalidates affected grades; and results can be exported as JSON. An optional whole-page assessment runs after sections are scored. It is MIT licensed with no backend or analytics.
