jev-s-code
VS Code extension that asks Jev a yes/no question ('is this ok?') about each line you edit and marks it thumbs up or down.
Overview
Jev-S Code is a playful VS Code extension that asks Jev a question about every line of code you write. When you edit a line and move off it, the extension sends that line with a few surrounding lines as context and asks a Noul question, by default 'is this ok?'. A thumbs up appears when the probability of yes meets the threshold (default 0.5), otherwise a thumbs down, with the probability shown on hover.
Blank lines are skipped, pasted blocks are only checked as the cursor passes through, and re-editing a line clears its mark. The question, threshold, context lines and model are configurable, the key is kept in VS Code's secret storage, and an output channel logs every verdict. Commands toggle checks, evaluate the current line or clear verdicts.

- Show thumbs up or down based on the threshold
- Hover to see the probability
Strengths
- Configurable question and threshold
- Key stored in secret storage
- Lightweight and unobtrusive
Caveats
- Line-level judgments lack broader context
