jev-guard (klauswg)

Crypto exchange risk gateway where Jev triages deposits and withdrawals while hard rules and Java code make the final call.

Serviceprototype

Overview

jev-guard by klauswg is a real-time risk triage gateway for crypto exchange deposits and withdrawals. Given a transfer and its 24-hour behavioural features, it decides who should handle it: auto-pass, human review or freeze. Jev supplies a risk level (Score), a behavioural pattern (Choice) and a freeze probability (Noul), while thresholds, a routing matrix and the final action stay in Java where they can be tested and audited.

A hard-rule layer (blacklist, sanctioned counterparty, amounts over $500k) vetoes before any model call. High-risk withdrawals freeze and are never downgraded, while high-risk deposits, already on chain, go to account review. Jev's own route suggestion is recorded but never executed; the README reports 72 percent agreement with the composed decision, which is why composition stays in code. Timeouts and errors degrade to manual review. External strings are sanitised against prompt injection, and a 100-sample three-column calibration compares rules only, Jev and combined.

What the decision model decides

TypeQuestionAnswers

ChoiceWhich behavioural pattern does it show?—
Yes / noShould this transfer be frozen?—

How it works

  1. Build 24-hour behavioural features for the transfer
  2. Hard rules veto blacklisted, sanctioned or oversized transfers
  3. Render sanitised state and ask Jev four questions
  4. Java gate composes pass, review or freeze by direction; errors go to manual review

Strengths

  • Model never has the last word
  • Direction-aware handling of irreversible withdrawals
  • Calibration against a rules-only baseline

Caveats

  • 100-sample calibration
  • Synthetic or limited data as stated in the README limitations

How curated lists describe it

  • Exchange risk operations: screens crypto exchange deposits and withdrawals with Jev triage (risk level, behavioral pattern, freeze probability) while hard rules veto and Java composes the final action, with a published 100-sample three-column calibration against a rules-only baseline.
