Jev Flow
Standalone Node studio for building and testing workflows of typed Jev judgments with code-owned decisions, plus games and simulations.
Overview
Jev Flow is a standalone Node.js application for building and testing workflows that combine typed Jev judgements with decisions owned by code. The repository bundles the Studio editor, a generated Compendium of configurations, a Battle Arena, a Self-Driving Cart simulation, a Ship Pack, a fixture suite, interactive games, prompt and context tools, webhook and subflow nodes, examples, tests and narrated product tours in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
A public guide at jevflow.cloud explains the product in several languages; the application itself runs locally or behind your own protected deployment. The README is careful about what demos show: the Studio uses a labelled fixture, the Compendium counts configurations rather than evaluations, the Arena shows one live Jev versus GPT-4.1 Mini comparison and is not a benchmark, games use local rules by default, and the Cart receives structured simulated state with no camera. An optional Python adapter supports local Laya.

How it works
- Build a flow in the Studio from judgement and code nodes
- Run with fixtures, live Jev or local Laya
- Route on typed answers in code-owned decision nodes
- Test with the fixture suite or webhooks
Strengths
- Visual workflow builder for typed decisions
- Clear labelling of fixture versus live results
- Optional local model support
Caveats
- Arena comparison is a single run, not a benchmark
- Self-hosted only for the application
